I want to get well and in shape. Accomplish my spiritual and occupational goals. Perhaps foster better relationships with friends, family and loved ones.

Weight loss is always one of the predominate New Year's Resolutions. The weight loss industry is very aware of this and steps up its advertising and special offers at this time of year.
Some people can find this both confusing and frustrating due to the numerous plans presented and the time limitations present in their already stretched schedules.
I have been fortunate to find an extensively researched plan for quick weight loss. It carries no nutritional risks and is extremely simple.
It is not a long term plan, but can be sucessfully used for permanent weight loss success.
Here are the links so that you too can find weight loss success in 2005.

The Plan:

The Powders and Supplements:

This plan can be used as a precursor to a permanent healthy diet and lifestyle change. It can also be used intermittently for removing a few gained pounds.
If anyone would like to join me in my weight loss quest, feel free reply to this post. I will be working on a long term plan in the future.
note: for those who do not use whey, contact nutritional express for alternatives. tks

This year, I didn't make a New Year's Resolution. Like the previous poster, I had been making the resolution to loose weight for several years. But, this year, I have reached my goals and plan to continue to live my healthier lifestyle. I am looking forward to the cming of the Lord. I want to live my life to the fullest in accordance with His will. This is my resolution for the new year and all years to come. By following His will, all other things will fall in to place.

About the only New Year's Resolution I have ever had in the past has been the one about 80$ of the peole make every year: to lose weight. About three years ago I was finally successful in doing so. The reason I was successful was because I quit trying because I wanted to look good and became determined because I wanted to FEEL GOOD and have a body fit to be the Temple of the Most High God.
As to this year's resolution: This morning I was reading in 'Maranatha' the morning watch book by E.G. White from several years back, but still my favorite.
I read the saddest text in the whole Bible:
"The harvest is past, the summer is ended, and we are not saved." Jeremiah 8:20
This is my resolution from henceforth to allow the Holy Spirit to work in me to root out all that would keep me from being able to look on the face of my beloved Saviour when He returns without being destroyed. I want to look up and welcome Him with joy and assurance that He Has Come For Me.
May God bless you all in the New Year,
tigretwo

What are your New Year's Resolutions? Have you ever set any in the past? What were they? How did you do at keeping them?
