Dear Sister,
I understand the trauma of an abusive marriage. I, too, once had one. Be thankful that you are one of the lucky ones who is getting out before something worse could happen to you.
My request of you is that you seek counseling from a Christian therapist. Going through what you went through, and witnessing what you had to at the hands of that man will haunt you for a very long time unless you seek help.
God is with you, Dear. And I will keep your prayer request in my book. Please, if you are a paying member and can email, please email me and keep me updated in your plight. I very much look forward to hearing of your progress. Just hold on to Jesus. He will see you through.

Please pray for me, as I am going through a divorce. It was an abusive relationship with a man full of Anger, and for the life of me cannot figure Out why?, I have prayed for his heart to be softened, with it seems no avail...Anyway I got really sick from all the stress I endured, and I had to leave, my Dr.s said If I didn't leave , I would only get worse If he was not willing to change. It was sad for me for I had Dogs that I raised from Puppies that I had a small hobby breeder business that I totally give the Lord thanks for. It was very successful.But, I had to leave all my dogs behind as I did not have a place to kep them. I am now awaiting the divorce...It is being held up because of property settlement.I left and he has pretty much everything. The attorneys want to give me nothing pretty much. I kust want enough to be able to have a home again...to have dogs again, I have not asked for alot, I am not a materialistic person... Please pray that as I meet the enemies that want to bring me down, God will protect me, and he will restore not only my happiness but everything I had to give up.
My heart still aches from the loss of everything.
I really need prayer,Thank you to all.

The man I am divorcing claims he is a christian, but his fruits do not show it. I believe that he never truly was a christian or he is opressed or possesed by satan..He has so much anger in him...he even shot my dog 8 times, she was pregnant...he mutilated her.I had to watch while she was tied to a guidepost on a short leash, I can't forget the look of pain on her face....
