That's my middle name only spelled differently.
About your problem, of liking a guy and don't know what to do about it, well pray about it and let God lead you in what He wants for you.
I went through that many times before the Lord picked out that special man he had for me. I have been married and widowed twice, and the Lord God brought both of them into my life and told me that "This is the man I have for you." I learned a long time ago, I don't argue with Him. He knows what is best for us.
My mother wrote poetry and had her poetry published before she died. But this one she wrote and I have it on my web.
GOD'S WAY
You love to read God's Holy Word
You love to play and sing
You love to hear the music roll
Hear other voices ring
With songs of praise and songs of faith
The message new and yet so old
You love to tell the Story of how Jesus
Died to save your soul.
Of course, I know you love Him
Your eyes have told me so,
He paid the price to have your love
We cannot tell Him "No."
We must give Jesus His first place
In love and life and thought
And He someday will send to you
The Love for which you sought.
Let us not be too hasty
Let's not run a head of God.
He knows your needs before you ask
He knows the path you trod.
Just put your dear sweet hand in His
Then pray it through, clear through,
He'll lead you to your task dear heart.
He has your way marked out for you.
Mother wrote this for me in 1954 in August as I was in Kentucky starting to college that fall there, and it has meant a lot to me. Mom's been gone a lot of years now and someday I will see her face again. She had a lot of love for me and my brothers, but she loved the Lord the most of all.
I am thankful to the Lord, for waiting for that special guy or I should say guys as He picked them both out for me, and now I know why, as He had special plans for me, that I never even knew about, and even at this age of 69 years old, He is still revealing to me many things that He has in store for me, if I am obedient to His will for my life. He is worth it all -- because someday I will look into that wonderful face and have an eternity to wonder why "He should love me so." blee

There's a guy that I really like and I can't imagine being with anybody else but him. He doesn't know I like him and I need God's wisdom on whether to let him know I am interested or not. He lives in another state and I am a good friend of his mother's (she is 20 years older than me!) He is single and I need prayer, wisdom and advice as to whether to try to pursue anything with this guy and if so, how? If you guys could pray for me, I would be ever grateful!
